Full sets come in more than one form. Acrylic full sets are plain medium sets in square, coffin, almond or stiletto shapes, with no design included. Gel X sets are full-cover hard gel rather than acrylic. A Little Luxury set is a short set with a design on all ten nails, and full bling is an add-on. With the Morgana pick, the nail tech chooses the design while the client chooses the length. Acrylic fill-ins are short, and added length or designs are priced separately.

For feet, the gel pedicure is a spa-style service with motorized callus removal, a sugar scrub and a hot towel, and it includes a simple design on one toe. The Toe BBL is offered for toes that keep clients from wearing sandals, and the Toe BBL fill-in is only for clients who had a Toe BBL with the same nail tech. The studio does not work on feet with conditions that may be contagious or infected.

The Gel Mani + Pedi bundle leaves acrylic toes out, and add-ons can be chosen. The Shortie Combo Set includes a pedicure with a full set on the hands in one solid color. The Freestyle Combo pairs a freestyle nail set with acrylic toes, stones and nails up to XL length, where the client chooses colors and the nail tech chooses designs.

Policies: the cancellation window is 24 hours before the appointment. Not cancelling within that window is charged at 50% of the service price, and a 15-minute grace period follows, after which the appointment must be rescheduled. Appointments outside the usual schedule must be requested, and a $15 emergency fee applies to service outside normal business hours. Deposits should not be sent through Cash App until the appointment is confirmed. An Acrylic Fill In booked without an add-on cannot have services added at the appointment.
