The studio's main offering is custom lash extensions. A new client's first full set takes about three hours and is built around the look they want, with technique and style chosen in an in-depth consultation. Full set techniques include Mega Volume, Wet Look, Angel Lashes and Clean Girl Classics. New clients who already wear extensions from another artist can book a shorter refresh, which starts with an assessment of the existing lashes before the studio fills and restyles them to its own standards.

Returning clients book Luxury Lash Maintenance, a 90-minute appointment that removes outgrown extensions and refreshes the design. Infills are generally needed every two to three weeks and are scheduled to fill about half of the lash line. Fills taken after three weeks, or after losing more than two-thirds of the extensions, are priced as a full set.

The studio also offers a Korean Lash Lift with a custom color tint. The lift uses a two-step process and a cysteamine-based formula to curl natural lashes from root to tip. The tint is blended to eye color: violet undertones for green eyes, warm brown or navy for blue eyes, amber or mahogany for hazel or brown eyes, and soft brown blends for redheads. The studio states that the result lasts six to eight weeks. The appointment takes 75 minutes and requires a $50 reservation fee.

Brides are given timing guidance: the first full set is generally booked two to two and a half weeks before the wedding with a fill two to four days before, or four to four and a half weeks out with two fills for brides who are not used to wearing makeup. Brides are asked to bring clear close-up photos of their eyes from their makeup trial. The first full set appointment includes an allergy check before any styling changes are made.

Each set is designed around the client's eye shape and goals, with technique and style agreed in a consultation rather than picked from a fixed menu.
