About

The business has provided facial and skincare services in the Greater Houston Area for over ten years, according to its home page. It was founded by Morgan Nicole, a licensed esthetician, after she had worked for other spas. It serves clients from Houston and surrounding areas with customized skincare solutions.

The suite is at 118 Vintage Park Boulevard, inside Salon Boutique, reached off Louetta Road and Highway 249 toward Tomball. There is no lobby, and walk-ins are not accepted. Virtual appointments run Monday through Saturday, while the in-studio schedule is Tuesday through Friday.

New clients, and clients who have not booked in six months or more, need a consultation before corrective treatments, iS CLINICAL facials or chemical peels. The 30-minute consultation can be done in person or virtually, and its $55 fee is credited $25 toward a next treatment or product purchase. The fee is waived when a client spends $200 or more on products at the first appointment. Relaxing services and finishing touches do not require a consultation. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged the full booked services, and a $50 no-show fee applies. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule and are charged the full amount. A signed consent form must be submitted before the first appointment, and guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room or hallway during services.

Services on the menu range from LED light therapy and no-downtime chemical peels to custom masks and infusions, dermaplaning, essential oil aromatherapy, and deep tissue facial massage. Treatment plans are built around anti-aging, acne, dryness and dehydration, hyperpigmentation, and rosacea. Post-care products are required after chemical peels and are bought at the treatment appointment. Current clients who have finished an initial consultation can book the iS CLINICAL Fire & Ice Facial over Zoom or FaceTime. A kit of products and post-care items is either sent ahead or picked up in the store. Virtual consultations are available to clients in all 50 states.

According to the business, about 80% of progress toward skin goals comes from home care, with the remaining 20% from professional treatments. The salon describes its treatments as evidence-based and focused on results.

A private single suite with no lobby, where the treatment room holds up to two people, including the esthetician.
