The salon says Jet Plasma is used for keratosis, eczema, rosacea, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne, scarring and stretch marks, and says visible results appear right away and keep improving for up to eight weeks.

Treatments are sold as packages. The 3 session introductory package costs $1,000, the 6 session intermediary package costs $1,650, and the 8 session full package costs $2,000 and includes one free maintenance session. Each session runs 15 minutes, and all packages are valid for six months.

After a session, clients should not apply anything to the skin for 12 hours other than what the skin care professional applies, and should avoid makeup, sunscreen, spray tan, exercise, saunas and steam rooms during that time. After 12 hours, clients can return to their usual skincare routine and should wear sunscreen. Clients are asked to book their next session before they leave.

Jet Plasma is not recommended for people who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, an implanted neurostimulator or other implanted electrical device, implanted slow-release medication, hypersensitivity, or cancerous lesions. Clients who get Botox should wait two weeks after injection before a first session, and can get Botox or filler 24 hours after a treatment. Those with filler can have Jet Plasma, with the first session two weeks after the injection. The treatment does not dissolve filler or Botox. Skincare products are sold online and shipped within the United States only, with orders usually processed in one to three business days and standard shipping taking five to seven business days. Sales are final, though damaged, defective or incorrect products can be reported within seven days of receipt for a replacement.
