New clients are asked to put a credit card on file when scheduling. The card is charged only if the cancellation policy is not followed. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or miss an appointment, and a charge may be added to the card on file without notice. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled. Gift certificates are available.
