Extension work uses donor-collected, 100% human hair sold in the salon in several textures, including straight, natural wave, soft wave, curly, soft curl, coily, color treated and grey, with the texture chosen during consultation. For scalp and hair concerns, Scalp Analysis uses professional scalp imaging to examine the scalp and follicles. A Hair Restoration Consultation adds a scalp scope and lifestyle assessment, a cleanse and scalp therapy, and a blow-dry and style. The Hair Restoration Program is a customized series of in-salon treatments with progress tracking, home care guidance and ongoing support. Molecular Repair Treatment K18 is described as targeted for hair weakened by color, relaxers and heat styling. Texture services include a thermal reconditioning option called Japanese Straightening, Keratin Smoothing, and a Signature Relaxer Experience designed for permanently relaxed hair that keeps hair health in focus.

Skin care covers facials, peels, retinol treatment, dermaplane and microchanneling. The Kingsman Facial is marketed as a men's facial for skin and facial hair growth and includes beard shampoo and beard oil. Brow shaping, tinting and waxing are also available. Skin care bookings on the booking platform list a $50 deposit per service. MORAEE Pass and Pass Plus are monthly memberships that can be cancelled at any time, and the First Visit Welcome Experience is offered to new guests on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pro-Toolbox is a six-module online hairstyling course covering silk pressing, classic waves, curling, short hair sculpting, updos and cutting layers at home, with tuition of $699 and a starter kit of styling tools, a mannequin head, a heatless roller set and a comb set.
