Moonveil works from a suite inside a curated salon that is home to independent beauty providers. The founder's specialties are Korean lash lifts and brow artistry, and the menu centers on those, along with tinting and combined appointments.

The Korean lash lift curls natural lashes from the root for a more open look, without extensions. Brow visits begin with a consultation and geometric brow mapping, followed by shaping with wax, and lamination or tint can be added. Lifts and brow lamination generally hold for about six to eight weeks, and lash tint for about three to four weeks.

Booking is by text only at 773-302-9021. The business can also be reached by email at kim@moonveilsuite.com or on Instagram at @moonveil.suite. Walk-ins are not accepted. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and brows free of product. A non-refundable deposit secures each booking and is applied to the total. Late arrivals of more than 8 minutes, no-shows, and changes made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit and may carry the full service charge, so reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed.

Gift certificates are available. A loyalty program gives one stamp per visit, and six stamps earn 40% off the next visit. Payment accepts major cards, digital wallets, Zelle and cash, with Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm on qualifying orders. Metered parking is available. The booking site notes the location is not wheelchair accessible, and the studio is not suited to children.

Treatments are presented as thoughtful lash and brow work meant to enhance a person's natural features.
