Visits are by appointment only. Each facial begins with a skin consultation, during which the esthetician explains what they see and what each step will do. Every facial includes aromatherapy, a skin analysis, an ultrasonic scrubber, facial massage and a hydrating SPF, along with a complimentary BioMat session using infrared warmth and amethyst and tourmaline crystals. Teen and men's facials leave out the massage. Estheticians choose the treatments and products for each client's skin and help plan home care between visits.

The advanced menu centers on HydroDiamond, which pairs diamond-tip hydradermabrasion with oxygen infusion, and on NanoFusion, a non-needle treatment delivered with a pen. Microcurrent is offered as a 20-minute session for the face alone, as a longer lift and sculpt facial, or as a series. MD Clinical Peels are medical-grade chemical peels lasting 30 minutes, and peel packages include an Image post-peel kit. The Moonstone Signature Facelift is a technique-focused facial using layered actives and extended massage without devices.

Packages carry time limits: HydroDiamond and NanoFusion 4- and 8-packs must be used within a year, and peel and combined packs within six months. Microcurrent series sessions are spaced at least 48 hours apart. For microcurrent sessions, clients should arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, moisturizer or sunscreen. Prices and services may change, and availability and pricing are confirmed when booking online.

Each facial is tailored to the client's skin, with the esthetician choosing treatments and products from a carefully selected professional line. Planning home care and treatments between visits is part of the service.
