Services are grouped into haircuts and styling, and color and texture. Haircut prices include a consultation, shampoo, conditioning and blow dry. A flat iron or curling iron finish is an add-on that adds $15 to $30 depending on length and must be mentioned when booking. Highlight prices rise by $15 for each additional color, length or thickness.

Because every stylist is independent, prices can vary between professionals. Bleach and tone is offered as a standard service for virgin hair up to 4 inches long and no darker than medium brown; other hair needs a consultation first, and bleach services are by consultation only.

The salon offers a Pocket Salon app for booking, self check-in and checkout, and texting stylists. Gift cards are not refunded if lost or stolen, products cannot be returned, and an even exchange or store credit is offered within two weeks of purchase. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted; checks are not.
