Extensions come in many styles, including classic, volume, mega volume, wispy, wispy volume, hybrid and flat mink, with full sets and fills at one, two and three week intervals. The studio stocks more than 50 kinds of mink. A customization service lets clients work with a technician to choose length, curve, style and color. Colored lashes, bottom lash extensions and lash removal are also offered, and a medical-grade glue is used for clients with sensitive eyes.
Before a visit, eye makeup needs to be removed and the lashes cleaned with an oil-free cleanser. Mascara and contact lenses should be left out that day. Afterward, oil-based products such as sunscreen and lotions are best kept away from the eyes. Extensions typically need a refill every two to three weeks as natural lashes shed, and they last about four to eight weeks with proper care. Clients who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions are advised to get a doctor's approval first.
The studio offers a 3-day guarantee after service. A club recharge of $300, $500 or $1000 gives 10%, 20% or 30% off, and members also receive discounts on services and lash aftercare products. The studio says its technicians are experienced, the site states that all of them hold licenses, and the studio offers eyelash extension lessons to train its technicians.
Clients can talk through their options with a technician before booking, and extensions can be tailored to length, curve, style and color. Refills are planned around the natural lash cycle.
