Visits center on bespoke facials sold in three phases. Phase 1 runs 60 minutes for $150, Phase 2 runs 90 minutes for $190, and Phase 3 is a two-hour session for $270. Each phase is timed and adjusted to what the skin needs that day. Every ritual is all-inclusive with no add-ons, and the facialist chooses which modalities go into each session.

Beyond facials, the studio offers LED therapy with Celluma devices using blue and red light, microcurrent to tone and lift, and nanoneedling with the RevitaPen, which creates micro-channels without needles. Other options include cold plasma treatment for product penetration, needle-free exosome infusion, oxygen infusion for hydration, cold and warm wand treatments, extractions for blackheads and whiteheads, a vitamin A infusion, and Acne Rituals that pair treatments with professional acne products.

Booking is online, with availability shown 60 days ahead and a waitlist available. Reschedules or cancellations need 48 hours' notice, otherwise the visit is charged in full. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes early, and arriving 15 minutes late shortens the treatment time. Product sales are final, except unopened wrong items that can be exchanged by email within five days.

Sessions are built around each client's skin on the day, with the facialist choosing treatments as needed and Herbal Apothecary blends hand-mixed after a skin analysis.
