The menu is made up of nail services, from quick polish changes and kids' sets to full gel and extension work. Regular and express manicures and pedicures are available, along with signature, spa and jelly pedicure options. Gel polish comes in hand and toe versions, and structure gel is offered as a soak-off gel for natural nails; removing builder or hard gel is charged separately. Gel-X soft gel extensions are offered as a full-coverage enhancement that includes cuticle maintenance, a sugar scrub and a hand massage. Nail art is priced by design, and artificial nail removal covers dip, acrylic, builder gel and Gel-X. The salon does not offer acrylic services.

Because booking ahead is recommended at least three weeks in advance, clients planning a visit should reserve early. Several gel, signature, spa and enhancement services require a deposit between $10 and $40. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gel-X refills on nails done elsewhere carry a $15 fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who want a quiet visit can request a silent appointment, with the lights dimmed on request. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom amount.
