Visits are built around each client's own skin and relaxation goals, with a holistic approach. The space is meant for clients to slow down and unwind, and the treatment room is enclosed and private.

Among the signature offerings is Extended Stay, a two-hour ritual that combines a herbal hand soak, an acupressure foot mat, longer massages, warm gua sha, custom aromatherapy, warm lavender and chilled mint towels, and a choice of guided meditation. Clear Path: Acne Reset is a customized facial for breakouts that opens with a consultation covering lifestyle, diet, hormones and stress. Ele(MEN)tal Revive is suited to all skin and beard types. Content Facial is filmed for portfolio and content use, which is subject to approval and requires filming consent beforehand; it can be booked once every three months.

Booking means agreeing to the studio's cancellation and no-show policy. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours ahead carries a fee of 25% of the service fee. Arriving 10 or more minutes late incurs a 50% fee and cancels the appointment. A no-show without notice is charged 100% of the service fee. Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows add strikes to an account, and after three strikes booking privileges are permanently blocked. If the payment method on file fails, the account is placed on hold until the balance is settled.
