The menu is built around gel work. Options range from gel manicures and hard gel overlays on natural nails to medium and long full sets, gel-X with builder gel, and medium full sets. Acrylic is no longer offered. Length and extensions can be added to any nail art service, with the extension method chosen based on the natural nails, the length wanted and any structural needs.

Nail art is priced in five tiers based on how complex the design is, from a clean structured overlay with no art up to highly detailed artwork, characters or maximalist sets. Every tier includes a customized dry manicure and a structured overlay. Time and deposits rise with each tier: the clean tier runs 120 minutes with a $30 deposit, and the most intricate runs 270 minutes with a $50 deposit.

Bridal services, couples' manicures and group bookings for three to five guests are offered by appointment. Bridal clients are encouraged to book a trial set at least two weeks before the wedding. Group events need advance coordination, and a custom quote and reserved time block are provided before anything is confirmed.

New clients are accepted on a limited, availability-based basis and need to send an inquiry before booking a first appointment. Inquiries can be sent by text, email or Instagram DM with current nail photos, inspiration photos, preferred services and questions. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice carry a 30% charge, arriving more than 15 minutes late carries 15%, and no-call no-shows carry 75% of the service total. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.

Each set is built around the client's own nail vision, with design complexity set through a clear tier system and a customized dry manicure and structured overlay in every tier.
