Sessions are finished with rosemary-infused warm towels, and the studio says it aims for intentional, personalized care for each client.

Head spa and facial work is a large part of the menu. Head-spa rituals use a warm golden water halo and pressurized water. The Moon+Moss Signature Head-Spa Ritual adds aromatherapy, décolletage and facial massage with custom hair and scalp blends, and a men's head spa focuses on the scalp, jaw, face and neck with hot stones, hot towels and beard care products. The men's service does not include grooming or cutting. Add-ons such as facial steam, cupping and a handcrafted herbal foot scrub made in-house can be attached to a full service.

Spray tans are offered under the name Airbrush Tanning By Ally. Options include custom airbrush tans in a standard and a rapid bronze solution, a Tuesday-only 2-2-2 tan, a longer Golden Goddess tan with extras, and student pricing for currently enrolled students. Spray tan parties for bachelorette, bridal and other groups are planned by phone or email rather than booked online, and the Bronzed Bride Package covers three tans, a wedding trial and wedding day tans.

Bookings are made through GlossGenius, and the studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients must be 18 or older, same-day appointments are not offered, and a credit card secures each booking without being charged unless a late cancellation or no-call, no-show occurs. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice on weekdays and 48 hours' notice Friday through Sunday, and changes inside that window carry a 50% fee. Additional guests need advance approval, gratuity is not included, and the New Client Special for first-time clients is cash only.
