The studio is in Lake Creek Office Park, where free parking is available throughout. The business is woman-owned and states that it is Kazakhstan-owned. Staff speak English, Kazakh, Russian and Ukrainian. Guests can book around the clock through the studio's online Square page. A valid card is required to book, but nothing is charged until after the appointment. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, and after 20 minutes the visit is treated as a cancellation. Cancellations or reschedules made under 48 hours ahead are charged half the service value, and under 24 hours the full value. No-shows are charged in full.

During a visit, a client review reports complimentary refreshments and music, and the studio offers Wi-Fi, a TV, and coffee, tea or chilled soft drinks. Every dry pedicure ends with a complimentary hot towel wrap scented with essential oils. Dry pedicures are done without soaking, and foot cleaning uses Pododisk technology.

The studio says it uses hospital-grade sterilization and describes its services as acrylic-free and odorless, using products from brands that publish Safety Data Sheets online. It does not offer nail extensions. Nail repairs are not offered for work done elsewhere. The studio runs a two-day Russian manicure course for beginners at the salon, and individualized training courses are also available. The course does not count toward TDLR hours, so students must be enrolled or willing to enroll in beauty school, or already be licensed. Gift cards are sold; they do not expire, have a $50 minimum and carry no processing fees.
