Moody Manor is run by Meg, who owns the studio and works as its artist. The services cover brow, eyeliner and face permanent makeup, piercing, ear styling and fine line tattoos, grouped on the booking menu into those four areas.

Initial brow work is done with either nano or machine hairstrokes or with powder, each taking about 2 hours 45 minutes and priced at $525. Nano suits sparse brow hair and a very natural look, while powder suits fuller brows and a softer, shaded or more defined finish. A consultation is required first if you have had brow tattooing before, even if it has faded. A complimentary aftercare kit comes with the first session, and replacement kits are $10. Color boosts are for existing clients only: they need a photo of bare brows before booking, the brows must be significantly faded, and the boost is offered six or more months after the initial service. Boosts are generally recommended every 12 to 30 months, cost $325, and include one aftercare kit. If most of the pigment is gone, the boost is charged at the initial brow price. Lip blush is a 2 hour 45 minute permanent makeup procedure at $395. It does not include lip liner or overlining, and clients with previous lip tattooing are not worked over. Lip blush requires a non-refundable $100 booking fee and a photo of bare lips after booking, with forms completed within 72 hours. Touch-ups cost $75 between 8 and 12 weeks after the procedure and $125 or more after 12 weeks. Lash line enhancement eyeliner is also offered. Prices exclude tax.

Piercing covers lobes, helix and cartilage, forward helix, conch, daith and rook, at $55 for a single piercing, $95 for a double and $40 for each additional piercing, taking about 30 minutes. Nose and nostril piercings are $70 each. Industrial, tragus and septum piercings are not offered. Clients must be at least 8 years old, and anyone under 18 needs a parent to sign consent in person at the appointment. Ear and nose piercings come with basic titanium studs and aftercare spray, and upgraded jewelry can be bought. Existing clients can have bars or posts downsized after a 4 to 8 week healing period, for $10 per bar plus $5 for an insertion tool, with new downsized jewelry typically $18 to $30.

Ear styling comes in several forms. In-person styling is $50 for one hour and uses in-stock jewelry, and one to two new piercings can be added at standard rates. New piercings only styling is $50 for five minutes and shows options for future piercings using plain CZ studs, but does not style current piercings. Virtual styling is $60 for clients who are not local or who want a digital curation with a custom order, with jewelry and shipping extra. Mock-ups usually take two to four weeks and need a photo of the ears with jewelry, with no phone or video call. Skip the Line virtual styling is $125 and aims for styling within one to two weeks. For virtual styling, the booked time only adds you to the styling list and is not an actual appointment.

Fine line tattoos are done in black only, about 2 by 2 inches, with thin lines and minimal to no shading, in one-hour appointments. Pricing depends on size, intricacy and drawing time, with a shop minimum of $125, and a consultation gives the final price. Designs cannot go on the inside of the fingers or above the shoulders, and the artist must approve each design. One complimentary touch-up is included within six months, and photos are needed within 48 hours of booking. Brown ink is no longer used except for heart freckle tattoos.

Permanent makeup is matched to each client's existing brow hair and the finish they want, with nano or powder chosen on that basis.
