The address is sent by confirmation email once a booking is made. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Booking starts with a $25 deposit, which is applied to the cost of the service. The remaining balance is paid after the service is finished, by card or cash only; Cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay are not accepted. Shampoo and trim are included in every service. Hair that arrives knotted or matted carries a $35 detangling fee, so clients are asked to come in fully detangled.

Maintenance, reinstall, take-down and styling are offered only for hair the studio installed itself. Extension services use quality hair, and the studio does not work with beauty supply store closures or sew-ins made with beauty supply store hair. Clients can buy hair for an install through one of the recommended suppliers after booking.

Contact is by text only, and texts are answered Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that the appointment is canceled or can be rescheduled. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Same-day changes forfeit the deposit, and rescheduling more than once cancels the appointment. Any new booking after that requires a new deposit. Rescheduling is done by text.
