The pedicure menu has four options. The Essential pedicure ($40) includes a foot soak, nail shaping, cuticle care and an exfoliating scrub. The Purple Rain pedicure ($50) is lavender-themed and adds callus removal, a lavender sugar scrub, a lavender mask and collagen-infused socks. The Milky Dream pedicure ($65) uses a milk and honey scrub, a milk and honey cream mask and a massage with milk and honey lotion. The Monu Signature pedicure ($95) is the most elaborate, with a jelly spa bath, a signature sugar scrub, a deluxe mask, collagen-infused socks, a candle wax massage, steam, hot stones and a hot towel treatment.
Nail art is offered as add-ons, mostly priced per piece, per nail or per design. Options include pearls and rhinestones, stickers, 3D gel, glitter, marble, shaped rhinestones, stamping art, 3D gems and charms, hand drawings, custom 3D clay designs, full stone, ombre or blush, powder chrome and deep French. Pearls and rhinestones start at $0.25 per piece, stickers at $0.50 per piece and deep French at $20.
Booking is done through the salon's online booking page. A non-refundable $20 deposit plus tax is taken at booking and applied to the final payment, and a card must be kept on file for all services. Online rescheduling is available up to two weeks before an appointment. A cancellation within two business hours is charged the full service price. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and a $20 late fee applies after that. Services are not refunded, but clients who are not satisfied can ask for a fix or a change. Free fixes are offered within five days for chipping, charms falling off or smudging from the application, while design changes are not free.
Gift cards can be bought online in amounts of $50, $75, $100 or $200, or for a custom amount. Gift certificates can be refunded within 10 days if unused.
