Vivid and fantasy color is a multi-step service that starts with lightening. A free consultation is offered for an accurate quote and timeline, since pricing depends on the stylist's experience, hair texture and length, and how much color and detail is wanted.

Treatments include a deep conditioning service using professional-strength masks and heat to hydrate and repair hair, and texturizing done either chemically or with heat to soften curls, loosen waves or add body. A Brazilian keratin treatment reduces frizz, enhances shine and loosens natural curl, with results said to last several weeks to months. Brazilian blowouts use a liquid keratin-based formula and include application, blow-drying and flat ironing. Sulfate-free products and recommended home care help maintain them.

Booking requires 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a late fee of 20% of the appointment cost. Concerns about a service must be reported within three days for modifications at no cost, and modifications must be booked within eight days of the original visit. Modifications needed because of a client error carry a charge to cover extra product, and later concerns may receive a small deduction at the provider's discretion.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday 11am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm. The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays.
