Skincare planning starts with a Skincare Consultation, a 45-minute online session for which clients send three facial photos and complete a skin questionnaire beforehand. A Virtual Skincare Consultation is held over Zoom or Google Meet and includes a personalized routine and time for questions. Afterward clients receive a skincare summary, product recommendations and usage instructions, and a 30-day follow-up meeting is included to review progress and adjust the routine.

Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in and paperwork. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full treatment cannot be given and a reschedule is needed. Walk-ins are accepted. Cancellations and reschedules can be made online through the Vagaro scheduling system, by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. The site describes charges of 50% of booked services for cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead and 100% for no-shows, and separately lists a $150.00 no-show or cancellation fee. Free parking, WiFi, a snack bar and disabled access are available, and English and Portuguese are spoken.
