Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 8:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

A deposit is needed at booking to hold the appointment slot, and it ranges from $15 to $35 depending on the service. Some services use a non-refundable retainer fee instead. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late pay a $25 late fee and may need to reschedule, and a 15-minute grace period applies. Plus-ones are not allowed at appointments. Payment is by Zelle or cash at checkout; Klarna and Afterpay are not accepted. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
