The studio is open Tuesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Cancellations should be sent by text at least 24 hours before the appointment, with a stated minimum of 12 hours' notice, and repeated cancellations may lead to a deposit requirement for future bookings. New clients booking a Brazilian wax pay a $40 deposit and new clients booking a bikini wax pay a $25 deposit. New-client bookings are requests and are confirmed based on availability. Underarms can be added to new-client Brazilian and bikini waxes at the appointment if needed.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval must be obtained before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $65, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The studio also offers Learn Monica's Wax Method, a 210-minute hands-on workshop for estheticians that covers waxing technique, business insights and career development, priced as varying.
