Lash sets come in Classic, Soft Volume, Volume, and Mega Volume styles, fitted to each client's eye shape and natural lashes. A lash fill is available when at least half of the lashes remain; otherwise a new full set is charged.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers permanent makeup, IPL hair reduction for the face, arms, legs, and body, and skin treatments including milia and skin tag removal and stretch mark removal. The studio describes IPL as gentler and quicker than traditional laser hair removal.

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 6 hours ahead; otherwise a $35 fine applies. Late arrivals are accommodated when possible, but the lost time comes out of the remaining session, and clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, especially mascara. The studio is open Monday through Thursday, has shorter hours on Friday and Saturday, and is closed Sunday.

According to the studio, lash sets are fitted to each client's eye shape and natural lashes and cured with UV LED light rather than air-curing adhesives.
