Extensions are the core of the menu. Quick adhesive installs take about an hour and do not include the hair itself. Longer options include stitched sew-ins, taped installs, micro beaded microlinks, and a four-hour keratin-bonded Ktip in a style the client chooses. Extension appointments include a Tea Tree scalp scrub and a deep conditioning treatment. The business calls its Sew In a luxury experience, and a $50 discount applies to a Sew In when the client buys MLC hair, as long as the package is unopened. Each client can use that discount once.

Loc work covers maintenance using an inner loc technique, loc extensions, sister loc maintenance and sister loc extensions, plus a detangling take-down that runs about twelve hours.
