The studio states that clean care is its standard and that health, comfort and safety are part of every service. Single-use disposable items are used where they apply. Reusable tools are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized between clients, and fresh tools are used for every service.

The menu starts with a 35-minute Móng Manicure at $35 and a Spa Manicure from $30. Pedicures range from the $45 Essential Reset Pedicure to the $70 Royal Sole Spa Pedicure, which adds steam and stones, a nourishing mask, aromatherapy massage and a hot towel finish. Dip powder, gel dip, full sets, nail repair, nail art, Power Backfill, facial waxing, targeted massage and service add-ons are also offered.

Monthly memberships suit regular upkeep. Mani Refresh is $75 a month and includes unlimited polish changes. Pedi Refresh Pass is $90 a month and covers unlimited nail trims, shaping, cuticle care and polish visits. Refresh Combo is $175 a month and combines the two. A Group Experience for four to eight guests starts at $430, runs about five hours, and requires advance reservations and a $285 deposit.

Business hours are Monday 1 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 6 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday closed, Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 6 AM to 12 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 1 PM. Booking means agreeing to the cancellation terms: 24 hours' notice is requested, and later cancellations incur a fee equal to 100% of the deposit. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and later arrivals forfeit the retainer and appointment. Payments go through the booking site, including Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings of $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.

Clean care is the studio's stated standard, and it prefers dry pedicures, which it says are more hygienic, more precise and longer-lasting than a traditional water soak.
