The extension work uses 100% Brazilian virgin human hair, and the salon keeps more than 30 shades in stock. Two methods are offered. Microbeading Weft extensions are hand-tied wefts sewn onto beaded rows, installed without glue or heat, and they need maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks. I-Tips attach single strands with a metal loop, also without heat or glue, and application takes 2 to 4 hours. A free photo-based estimate is available: clients can send a clear photo of their current hair for an initial estimate at no cost.

Monthly membership plans, XS through XL, are priced by package. Plans start at $75.99 per month and run up to $269.99 per month, and include professional installation and care, priority booking, complimentary consultations and touch-ups, and members-only seasonal promotions. Each package has a set number of installations and new-hair sets per year, and the M package lists hair up to 22 inches. The salon describes its membership as the first and only hair extension salon offering an affordable monthly plan, and says members save more than 50% annually on extensions. According to the salon's Google listing, it has 4.7 stars from over 300 reviews.

Deposits are required for appointments and are non-refundable, and extension deposits are non-refundable as well. A credit card is required at booking and kept in an encrypted file. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to change or reschedule, and a 20% service fee applies to the card on file if notice is not given. Appointments booked more than 24 hours ahead are confirmed by email, text or phone.
