Mone't Spa Redmond

The spa has two locations: one on 164th Avenue Northeast in Redmond and one on Bellevue Way NE in Bellevue. Redmond is open Monday, Thursday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Bellevue is open Friday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Clients can call 206-743-6256, but the salon handles correspondence by email only, not text.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute consultation for $35 to a HydroPeptide jelly facial at $120 for an hour. Options include a deep cleansing teen facial for ages 12 to 18 ($65, 45 minutes), a women's back facial ($75, 1 hour), a microdermabrasion treatment ($110, 1 hour), and custom and hydrating facials ($115 each, 1 hour). A customer appreciation facial package is also listed at $275 for 30 minutes.

Waxing and sugaring are offered for women, men and children, with children's lip service available for those under 13. Brazilian services are listed for women at $95 for wax and $105 for sugar, and for men at $95 and $105, each taking 45 minutes for men and 30 minutes for women. Maintenance Brazilians every 4 to 5 weeks are $80 (wax) or $90 (sugar) for women. The men's maintenance service is for existing clients of the salon only. Full leg, hand, face and body areas are priced individually, with hand waxing starting at $15. Brow tint is $35 and eyelash tinting is $40.

A few house rules apply. Children, other guests and phones are not allowed during appointments, and clients are asked to use the restroom before their service. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late will have their appointment cancelled, so running late calls for a heads-up to the salon. A $25 non-refundable fee applies to same-day cancellations and no-shows. Brazilian waxes and extended bikini waxes need a Groupon voucher number or the name on the voucher when booking.

The salon says it aims to meet all of a client's skincare needs, combining facial treatments with hair removal and lash and brow services under one roof.
