The studio is open Monday, Thursday and Friday, with shorter hours on Mondays and Thursdays and a later close on Fridays, and it also opens Saturday mornings and early afternoons. It is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Services are grouped into brows, lashes, a combined lashes and brows category, microblading, tattoos, waxing and consultations. Brow services range from a quick signature wax with a customized fill-in to a combined visit that adds lamination and a hybrid stain for a filled-in look. Lash lifts are customized to each client's lash length and eye shape and include a cleanse and tint.

Mini Muse Tattoos are delicate, minimalist designs made with a single-needle technique in black ink only, and designs are submitted before booking for approval.

The studio accepts Buy Now, Pay Later in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

Appointments carry a 7-minute grace period. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead carries no late fee, and the deposit can move to the new booking. Shorter notice forfeits the deposit, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service total. Deposits are non-refundable.
