Every nail service starts with a free consultation to help the client find the right fit. Enhancement designs may vary with the technician's skill level, the time available, and any extra length or shape requested. The salon says every tool is sanitized and surfaces are cleaned regularly, and that it uses products and practices it describes as environmentally friendly.
Nail services use a collagen line that includes a sugar scrub, mask, gloves and socks. The Spa Pedicure starts with nail trimming and shaping and attention to the cuticles, then a massage, a heated towel wrap, and finishes with either buffing or polish. The Jo Malone manicure opens with a soak containing sea salt and a bath bomb, then collagen gloves, and ends with Jo Malone perfume sprays.
Policies to know before booking: all services are non-refundable, and a change of mind does not earn a refund or credit. Work may be redone at no cost if a client reports dissatisfaction during the service. Scratched or misshaped nails are fixed if the salon is told within 24 hours of the service, with an appointment within 7 days. If three or more nails need repair, the work is treated as a new set. Clients pay for repairs needed because of damage they cause, and the salon does not offer cutting services. Service may be declined for open or infected wounds on the treatment area or for a nail condition that may be contagious.
Discounts include 10% off during a client's birthday week with valid ID, 10% off for first-time clients who mention the offer at checkout, and 10% off for students and teachers Monday through Wednesday with valid ID. Discounts are not combined with other offers.
