Braiding is the core of the menu. Options include faux locs, French curls, Fulani knotless braids, island and Senegalese twists, knotless braids, regular box braids, Marley twists, passion twists, crochet installs, miracle knots, single natural braids, and straight-back cornrows. Several of these also come in a Bohemian or Boho version. Synthetic braiding hair is included in the listed price, and human hair can be requested.

Before a visit, hair needs to be clean, detangled, blow-dried from root to tip, and free of product, and it must be at least 3 inches long for braiding. Clients should share any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities beforehand, and the studio may decline a style if tension could aggravate a condition. Braids are designed to run a few inches longer than natural hair, so clients choose a length based on their own hair. Guests are not allowed at appointments, though exceptions can be requested. The studio does not currently accept male clients.

Bookings are made only through the Square Appointment Booking site, and consultations are handled by direct message, with replies aimed within 24 hours. A minimum deposit is required: $55 for synthetic extension options, $75 for human hair extension options, and $35 for braids refresh or retouch. Deposits go toward the final cost of the style and are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the studio reschedules or cancels. Clients who cancel at least 72 hours ahead can apply the deposit to a future appointment. Style changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, and a 15-minute grace period applies. A deposit is forfeited for a no-call, no-show.

Prices include the booking fee but not hair, which clients provide. Final payment can be made by cash, card, Zelle, or Cash App. Emergency squeeze-in appointments carry an additional $30 charge. Home service totals are set when the booking is approved and include service charges and travel expenses.

Styles are planned around the client's natural hair length and the protective look they want, with braid length chosen to match.
