The salon says all of its products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free and are free of harsh smells and chemicals. The herbs used in manicures and pedicures are grown in the owner's family garden about 3.5 miles from the salon. It also states that it sterilizes and disinfects reusable tools and avoids common salon ingredients such as formaldehyde, toluene and DBP.

The space is described as clean, stylish and serene, and includes a cafe where members receive a complimentary Vietnamese coffee at each visit. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
