The menu is built around acrylic, hard gel and soft gel work. Sculpted acrylic nails are built on the natural nail without a tip or glue. Other options include acrylic almond and short square sets in solid color, full sets with or without hand painted designs, long Ice Me Out sets using Swarovski crystals, and XL acrylic nails. Russian manicures are offered in soft gel and hard gel, with a hard gel version that adds a French tip. Nail fixes cover one or two nails and come with a week of coverage.

The pedicure offering is a French tip toe BBL dry pedicure. It includes a Russian-style prep of the toenails, acrylic sculpting into a square shape, a gel French tip and cuticle oil. Appointments generally take two hours or more, depending on the design. Design quotes are requested by sending photos through direct message, with length and details included.

Soak off is only offered on nails Monika applied herself. Clients are asked to arrive with bare nails and to bring a file and buffer, or buy a kit on arrival for $5. Squeeze-in appointments cost an extra $50. Guests, children and animals are not permitted. Clients with cracked nail plates, nail disease or damaged nails are asked to reschedule or see a doctor, and can send a photo for review if unsure.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Monika cancels or reschedules, and appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is sent. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service, while cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full booked amount. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which a $15 late fee is added. Accepted payments are Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App and cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000.

Monika focuses on sculpted acrylic built on the natural nail and on custom designs, with details confirmed from client photos before booking.
