The menu is built around extension styles. Clients can choose single lash extensions, natural 2D volume (two extensions applied to each natural lash), hybrid sets that mix volume clusters with individual extensions, natural 3D volume built from small clusters of two to three lashes, and 6D, 9D and mega volume sets. Wispy natural and wispy dramatic styles have varied lengths, and brown is available for 3D volume. A bottom lash extension and a color lash add-on can be added to a set.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash lifts, which semi-permanently curl natural lashes, and lash tinting, a semi-permanent dye that darkens them. Tint is offered in black only and is added to a lift. Waxing is available for brows, lips, full face and armpit hair.

Maintenance is priced by interval. Refills are charged by how many days have passed since a full set, from one week up to four weeks, and refill upgrades let clients move to a different style or add an upgrade at the time of the refill. Clients coming in from another salon are charged the four-week refill price. Removal is offered for extensions and other artificial lash enhancements, and the salon describes its removal method as gentle and controlled.
