The brow menu covers quick mapped shapes for clients under 18, standard brow shaping, and a full makeover that adds waxing and stain. Eyebrow lamination is offered in two options and lasts about 6 to 8 weeks, with a touch-up booked 3 to 4 weeks after the first visit.

Appointment policies are set out clearly. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, and a 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours unless the appointment is rebooked. Clients who are unhappy with their results can contact the studio within 72 hours so the work can be corrected. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
