Molly K Cuts & Color started as a home salon and is now based in Tempe. The salon describes itself as a low-pressure space free of judgment.
Services fall into haircuts, hair styling, custom color and treatments. Cuts range from a dry cut for clients arriving with clean hair to haircut and blowout packages. Color runs from a vivid glaze or toner refresh to root retouches, partial and full custom color, including balayage, highlights, color blocking and prisms.
Event work is offered on site at the client's location, with no travel charge within 30 miles of the salon. Bridal services include an in-salon bridal trial, a wedding-day style that comes with a hair prep guide and timeline, and bridal party styling priced per person.
The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 12 to 8 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and a late cancellation or no-show may be charged 50% of the booked service. Redo requests made within 5 days of an appointment are complimentary and must be booked within 2 weeks of the original service date.
