Brow services include a custom brow map for shaping, a gentle wax option for sensitive skin, tinting that adds depth and defines each hair, and lamination that lifts and sets natural brow hairs for about 6 to 8 weeks. A combined lamination, tint and shape appointment is also offered. Add-on brow tint is available only alongside a lamination or shaping service.
Lash services range from a lash tint and a 6 to 8 week lash lift to classic, hybrid and volume extension sets, with fills scheduled every two or three weeks. The Lunch Break is a mini fill that works for any lash style. Fills need a set number of original lashes still in place, 75% for two-week fills and 50% for three-week fills, and lash fills from other salons are not accepted, so clients coming from another provider need a new full set. Prices for some lash services differ when booked with Mikaela on the booking profile, such as the classic and hybrid two-week fills and the full sets.
Consultations are free and include a patch test for lash lift, brow lamination or lash extension services. Lash extension options are offered for clients with sensitive eyes and for expectant mothers, and most brow services can be done during pregnancy or breastfeeding if the artist is told so that products can be adjusted.
The studio also teaches one-on-one courses led by Jennifer Christensen: a Comprehensive Lash Extensions Training, a Lash Lift and Tint Masterclass, and a Brow Lamination, Tinting, and Shaping Mastery. Each includes a starter kit and a certification on completion. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of an appointment are not charged, but later ones are charged 50% of the service fee, appointments cancelled within 12 hours are charged in full, and no-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.
The studio works to enhance natural features with careful, precise technique, using gentle, high-quality formulas for lash and brow services.
