Before any treatment begins, clients meet the clinic for a consultation. Skin rejuvenation starts with a skin analysis, and from there the team builds a plan suited to each client's concerns, which can include laser therapy, microneedling, chemical peels or radiofrequency. Hormone care and the weight optimization program both open with detailed lab work and a consultation. Most procedures are non-invasive or minimally invasive, and recovery time is typically minimal or none. Aftercare instructions are reviewed during the consultation. Most treatments are elective and aren't covered by insurance, though the clinic can supply documentation for claims filed independently. Financing and payment plans are offered.

Membership is offered in four monthly tiers, from $99 to $399, that include a monthly wellness service, a monthly aesthetic service and discounts on additional services. Skincare discounts rise with each tier, from 5 percent to 20 percent. Memberships run for a 6-month commitment with a $249 early cancellation fee, unused monthly services do not roll over, and benefits are non-transferable.
