New clients usually book the First Time Consult + Treatment, a 90-minute visit for $150. It reviews the current home care routine, talks through skin concerns and goals, includes a skin analysis, and ends with a 60-minute customized facial and a personalized home care regimen.
The studio is open Monday, Friday and Sunday, plus Thursday afternoons, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead are charged half the booked service. No-call, no-show cancellations are charged the full service price, cannot be applied to future services, and block future online booking. Reschedules are requested by call or text, and virtual appointment deposits are non-refundable.
Treatments and home care regimens are built from a consultation, skin analysis and review of the routine a client already uses.
