The work centers on electric-file techniques. The Russian e-file manicure includes detailed cuticle care and nail shaping, and a dry Russian manicure can be paired with a structured gel overlay on natural nails. Gel extensions are offered as a full set with custom length and shape, and the waterless e-file pedicure is offered in several levels, with regular or gel polish. Removal of gel or acrylic applied elsewhere is available without a new application, and nail architecture correction is offered for downward-growing, crooked or misaligned nails.

Bookings are made through the studio's booking page, which also lists house calls and accepts payments. New clients pay a $30 deposit for most manicure, pedicure and extension services, $50 for Full Pedicure+ Gel Polish, and $20 for gel or acrylic removal. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later changes forfeit the 30% deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late or not attending may lead to cancellation and loss of the deposit.

The studio says it aims for precision, nail health, high-quality products and a relaxed, personal experience for each client.
