A visit begins with a comprehensive consultation. The team then measures advanced biomarkers, which cover hormones, metabolism, heart health, inflammation and nutrients, along with epigenetic biological age testing, and builds a plan from the results. Clients can have labs drawn at home or at a partner lab near home or work. Consultations are priced separately: a Biomarker Consultation is $97 for 30 minutes, a Wellness Consultation is $97 for 75 minutes, and a Good Faith Exam is $199 for 15 minutes. The clinic notes that educational consultations do not guarantee treatment.

IV drips are delivered by registered nurses, who review each client's health before every drip. Named drips include Calm, Energize, Glow, Immunity, Jet Set, Recover and Unwind at $159 each, and NAD+ 500 mg is $650 while the MW Signature NAD+ 500 mg is $990. A Wellness Shot can be added to a drip in about five minutes. Mental wellness care includes psychotherapy, therapy, mindfulness, ketamine-related care and Spravato therapy; ketamine IV and Spravato require a medical and psychiatric evaluation and are offered only when clinically appropriate.

Medical aesthetics covers medical facials, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skin tightening, lasers and laser hair removal, along with skin care for acne, rosacea, melasma, dark spots and acne scars. Regenerative options include PRP, exosomes and hair restoration, offered after a clinical assessment. For body and metabolism, the clinic offers EMShape and full-body somatic electrical muscle stimulation, a full lymphatic massage using red light, infrared and radiofrequency, and a personalized medical weight loss program.

Three monthly memberships are offered: Serenity at $250 per month with one service, Balance at $550 with two, and Longevity at $1,200 with three. Each includes monthly follow-ups with the medical team, a medical concierge, 5% back to a Wellness Wallet, 5% loyalty points and member events. Members can pay month to month or prepay for six months or a year, and can pause once per term for up to 30 days. Longevity adds peptides, GLP-1 and hormone medication when prescribed after evaluation, plus the Longevity Concierge, a personalized roadmap and biomarkers retested every three months. The concierge, reachable Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm by text, phone or email, arranges visits and confirms availability and what is included.
