Facials begin with a detailed skin assessment, and each treatment is adjusted to skin type and concerns. The studio uses Skin Authority clinical-grade formulas, which the salon describes as the only ones of their kind used by a provider in the Nashville area. The Skin Immune-D facial uses Enviro-D immune-boosting technology, and the Collagen Rejuvenation facial uses SGF-4, a blend of growth factor proteins. The Complete Fix facial is described by the salon as clinically proven to boost collagen production. The Skin Scan analyzes a selfie and suggests products.

Waxing uses Lycon wax, which the salon says is formulated to grip the hair rather than the skin and is applied at a lower temperature than traditional hot wax. Eyebrow services include waxing, tinting, lamination, brow mapping and bleaching, and complete packages combine waxing, tinting and lamination. Specialty brow work includes brow color mascara for temporary tint, special occasion styling and custom bleaching. Eyelash services include a traditional lash lift, a Korean lash lift, lash tinting and a lash lift and tint package. According to the salon, lash lift results last six to eight weeks and lash tint color lasts four to six weeks.

Treatments are personalized, with a skin assessment before facials and a check of hair growth and skin before waxing. The salon describes its products as clinical-grade.
