Every visit begins with a free new-client consultation, available in person or virtually. Each lasts 30 minutes and ends with a customized skincare routine. Treatments range from a 45-minute express dermaplane facial to a 90-minute customized dermaplane facial that includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, hydration and barrier-supporting skincare. Acne treatment facials include deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation and professional extractions.

Peels are a core part of the menu. The Acne Treatment Peel uses Face Reality Clear Skin Peels and is offered to current acne treatment clients only, since peels are not done at the first visit. The Clear Skin Back Peel targets back acne and body congestion. The Brightening Peel Experience uses a 15% TCA-based solution from Glymed Plus and is introduced after an initial skin assessment. The Perfect Derma Peel is a multi-acid chemical peel that is also introduced after an initial skin assessment and requires a $50 deposit.

For clients who prefer to start from home, the virtual Acne Program includes a virtual consultation and a customized home care regimen. The business also offers a dermaplaning add-on and a Hydrinity Restorative HA Masque add-on, a biocellulose masque that takes about five minutes, to pair with a facial.
