The studio is located in room 37 of Sola Salons at 1975 Diamond Blvd in Concord. It is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and on weekends from noon to 5 PM. Phone bookings are taken at (925) 393-9061, and gift cards are available for a visit or as a present.

The lash menu runs from a classic set, which gives a natural, mascara-like finish, through a hybrid set that combines classic lashes with volume fans, to a natural volume set with a light strip look and a full volume set with a dramatic strip look. Fills are offered at two to three weeks and four weeks, and a foreign fill is available for lashes done by another technician, provided about 40% of the lashes remain. A one-week mini touch-up and eyelash removal are also on the menu.

Every appointment requires a non-refundable $50 deposit, which can be paid through Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo. The appointment is not confirmed until the deposit clears, and the remaining balance is paid at the end of the visit by cash, Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo.

Clients are asked to arrive on time with clean lashes, free of mascara or residue. Late arrivals may receive a shorter appointment or may need to rebook. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a late cancellation fee, and because of the nature of the service, refunds are not issued. Any concerns should be raised within 24 to 48 hours, and a complimentary touch-up may be offered where appropriate.
