The menu covers nail enhancements, manicures and pedicures, lash extensions, waxing and brow care, special packages and a children's service for kids under 8. Acrylic sets can be shaped square, almond or coffin and customized for each client; a full set includes prep, shaping, acrylic application, sculpting and filing, and a polish or gel finish. Dip powder uses finely milled powder rather than liquid gel or acrylic, is cured without UV light, and typically lasts three to four weeks.

Pedicure and manicure stations include massage chairs. The spa and premium pedicures add steps such as warm soaks, scrubs, masks, hot stones and longer massages, and the Diamond CBD pedicure uses CBD oils and lotions. A standard manicure takes about 30 to 45 minutes and a pedicure about 45 to 60 minutes, while the quick refresh pedicure takes about 20 minutes and does not include polish.

Kids services are for children under 8. They use non-toxic, water-based, peel-off polishes and do not apply fake nails, tips or acrylics, and a parent stays with the child throughout. Waxing is done with hard wax, with a softer option for sensitive skin, in private stations where tools are single-use or sanitized.

Walk-ins are welcome when slots are open, and booking ahead holds a spot. Clients can request a preferred technician when booking, based on availability. Group bookings are offered for bridal parties, birthdays and special events.

Built around premium products and strict tool hygiene, with tools sterilized after every use and foot baths disinfected between clients, according to the salon.
