The salon is open seven days a week and books by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Clients can text (737) 245-6670, which the salon names as the fastest way to reach it, since the stylists are with clients through the day. Each guest has a chair to themselves in a dimly lit room, and only the guest receiving service may be in the chair area.
Three scalp treatments are offered. Restore ($24) includes a shampoo and scalp treatment, steam and a hot towel finish. Revive ($34) adds a paraffin hand dip and hand massage, and the salon labels it its most popular scalp treatment. Renew ($44) goes further, with a crystal treatment, an extended head massage, steam, two hot towels, and a paraffin hand dip with an arm massage. Scalp treatments can be added to another service or booked on their own.
Monthly memberships run month to month with no contracts and can be cancelled at any time by texting the salon. The Standard ($60 a month) includes one complimentary haircut and one complimentary Revive each month, plus 10% off other services and products. The Classic ($95 a month) includes two complimentary haircuts and one complimentary Revive, plus 15% off, and the salon labels it the most chosen membership. The Executive ($150 a month) includes unlimited complimentary haircuts and one complimentary Revive, plus 15% off. Unused membership services do not roll over to the next month.
Appointments need to be moved or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' warning. Late changes can carry a charge of half the service price, and a missed appointment without notice is billed the full service price. Clients who show up more than 10 minutes after their booked time may find the service shortened or may be asked to rebook. Payments for services cannot be returned, but if a problem is raised within 7 days, the salon offers a free adjustment.
Work is done by appointment in a private, one-chair-per-guest setting, with scalp treatments available alone or alongside other services.
The space is dimly lit, and each guest has a chair to themselves.
