Normandie has worked in the beauty industry for 24 years. Before moving into a studio of their own about ten years ago, they owned and ran a salon and day spa for more than 16 years. The salon describes itself as a unique and exclusive studio, and its experience as personalized and luxurious.

Visits begin with a thorough consultation. For bridal clients, the bridal hair trial is a consultation to talk through ideas and settle on the look before the wedding day. Bridal hair can be done in the studio or at a location the client chooses, as long as the group has at least three people. Makeup is not offered in-house, so the salon refers clients to makeup artists it works with.
