The studio's menu centers on eyelash extensions. A full set takes about 150 minutes and is only applied to clean, healthy, natural lashes. Volume, mega volume and hybrid looks are offered as fills, with hybrid combining classic and volume styles for a natural but fuller result, and mega volume aiming for a more dramatic effect.
Fills are scheduled every two to three weeks, and they need at least 40% of a client's existing lashes to remain. If more than three weeks have passed since the last visit, the appointment is booked as a full set instead. Clients who already wear lashes from another salon can book a foreign lash fill, which may need a removal and a fresh full set first if the previous application was not done properly. Mini fills cover extra fullness or touch-ups and can be booked within a week of the last appointment.
Lash removal takes about 20 minutes and uses methods designed to protect natural lashes. After-hours and Saturday appointments carry an added fee.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee.
Full sets go only on clean, healthy natural lashes, and fills follow set timing and retention rules so the natural lashes are kept in good condition.
