Model Nails offers manicure, pedicure and nail enhancement services at its Anderson location at 3016 N Main St, Suite C, and at its Calgary location inside SmartCentres Calgary. Both locations list the same hours: Monday to Wednesday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM with the last customer at 6:30 PM, and Sunday 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Services are grouped under Manicure, Pedicure, Nail Enhancements and Waxing. The manicure group has three tiers, starting with a classic service that includes cuticle trimming, nail shaping, a lotion massage and regular polish. The deluxe tiers add a hand scrub massage with lavender or orange scrub, and the top manicure adds a collagen sugar scrub, collagen glove, collagen serum and hot towel. Clients of that service can choose up to seven scents from a set that includes lavender, mango, peach, royal rose, juicy orange, jasmine and blossom, with a few limited scents available on request.

The pedicure menu is the largest part of the list. It runs from a 10-minute express pedicure, with lotion and oil massage and regular polish, up to a 25-minute Royal Deluxe Spa Pedicure that includes an herbal scrub, cooling gel foot mask, hot stone, collagen sock and candle massage. Several spa pedicures include a hot towel, and several include free callus removal. The paraffin spa pedicure adds a paraffin treatment, which the salon describes as good for skin and leaving feet soft. The NU-SKIN named pedicures include an herbal mineral bath, liquid body lufra and body smoother.

The nail enhancement list is long and priced by the service. It covers acrylic full sets, acrylics with gel polish, colored and pink powders, clear gel powder, dipping powder, French dipping, ombre dipping, and pink and white sets, along with repairs, shape changes, cutdowns, acrylic fill-ins and acrylic removal. Toe acrylic options are listed separately. Many items appear in two versions labeled RF and FS, which are shown on the menu without further explanation. Gel polish is cured under UV lamps and adds $15 to manicure and pedicure services.
