Treatments are planned across skin health, injectables, lasers and wellness instead of being picked from a menu of prices. The practice leans toward approaches that help the body over the long term, aiming to stimulate collagen, elastin and cell renewal rather than seeking quick visible change.

A visit begins with a consultation that runs 45 to 60 minutes and ends with a written plan and quote. There is no pressure to book the same day, and the written quote is honored. Clients may see more than one provider during a visit, and the team develops treatment plans together. Questions can be sent through the website and receive a reply within two business days, with no appointment needed to ask. The practice is open Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5pm and is closed on weekends, apart from one invitation weekend a month at the end of the month. The suite is on the ground floor with no elevator, and there is a complimentary parking lot.

The injectable side includes Botox, placed with restraint to soften lines while keeping natural expression. Botox takes 15 to 30 minutes with no anesthesia and no downtime, and each treatment includes a complimentary two-week check of placement. Botox is priced at $13 per unit, Dysport at $4.50 per unit and Daxxify at $6.50 per unit, and Botox is also offered for underarm sweating. Biostimulators include Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid treatment that stimulates the body's own collagen and is priced at $850 per vial, and Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite treatment that gives immediate volume along with collagen stimulation, priced at $850 per syringe. Dermal fillers, SkinVive for cheek smoothness and filler correction and dissolution are also offered, with filler pricing set at consultation. Injectables are placed only by Marisa Dulin or Torey Varner.

The skin and laser menu includes BBL HEROic, an IPL treatment for pigment and vascular concerns starting at $250, and Moxi laser for fractional resurfacing starting at $200, along with Regenerative Moxi, which combines Moxi with Lilium Pure Advanced Biologics. Microneedling is available, including SkinPen starting at $425. Hydrafacial, starting at $250, is offered as monthly maintenance, and chemical peels starting at $100 include ZO peels. Custom facials are $225 and dermaplaning is $125. Laser hair removal starts at $100 for permanent reduction, and waxing starts at $25 in traditional and tinting forms. Multi-session laser, microneedling and peel series are priced as packages, and a paid Tier-2 membership offers treatment discounts and scheduling priority.

The wellness menu includes Advanced Biologics made from amniotic fluid and Wharton's jelly, with pricing set at consultation; IV therapy, given by a nurse practitioner or registered nurse and priced per drip; hormone wellness through HRT pathways, bioidentical hormone pellets at $400 for women and $800 for men; and wellness shots at $20 each with glutathione and metabolism-boost options. Hormone wellness, hormone therapy for women and hormone therapy for men each carry a $450 intake. The practice also operates the MODE Injector Academy, which offers Level 1 training for new injectors, and sells ZO and Colorescience products, with a ZO Skin Health regimen guide for at-home care. The practice reports 5.0-star patient reviews on its own site.

Treatment plans are built during a consultation with a concern-first approach, and for issues such as facial volume loss the practice says the strongest results usually come from layered care. Injectables are restraint-first and plan the full face rather than a single area, and when injectables cannot reach a surgical result, providers say so and refer the patient to a surgeon.
